




**Growing SME company dedicated to the design and manufacturing of furniture and interiors seeks a General Administration Manager.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Implementation of administrative processes. * Preparation and calculation of payroll, as well as incident tracking. * Issuance and management of customer and supplier invoices. * Monitoring and updating of inventories and stock handling. * Order entry and tracking until delivery. * Control and reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable. * Support in procurement and coordination with suppliers. * Preparation of administrative reports in Excel. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration. * Experience in payroll management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite. **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset and service attitude. **We Offer:** * Salary of $14,000 \- $18,000 MXN per month, net (tax-free). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am \- 6:00 pm. * Hybrid work model (1 to 3 days per week in the office). **Work Location:** Monterrey, N.L.
