RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Analyze and resolve incidents in the institution's systems or processes to ensure optimal performance of institutional systems and processes. 2. Investigate institutional process functionalities to identify improvement proposals for incident resolution or requirement fulfillment within systems. 3. Track incidents and/or customer-facing requirements from initiation through closure to ensure effective handling and customer satisfaction. 4.
