




Position Summary: We are seeking an Executive Assistant, Events, and Communications professional to support the CEO, with experience in events, public relations, and social media management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative, organizational, and operational support to the CEO 2. Photo and video editing 3. Event planning, organization, and coordination INTO BARRE IS SEEKING: ***Executive Assistant, Events, and Communications*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field English: Intermediate level Proficiency in: * *Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Intermediate* * *Google Applications – Intermediate (Gmail, Calendar, etc.)* * *Photo and video editing software* Prior experience is required in events, public relations, and especially social media management, as well as photo and video editing for social media. Knowledge in: * Digital Marketing * Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, Illustrator, and Canva. * Social Media Management * Multimedia Editing: Production and post-production of videos for digital platforms. * Responding: Social media coverage, customer service, and lead generation. Responsibilities: * Provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to the CEO for activities both inside and outside Into Barre, ensuring achievement of the CEO’s objectives and those of Into Barre and its respective business units.* * Perform photo and video editing.
