




We are looking for a **Qualified Manual Welder** to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various manual welding processes and a solid understanding of quality standards in a production environment. **Main Responsibilities:** · Perform manual welding (MIG, TIG, stick electrode or other processes as required) on steel, aluminum, or stainless steel parts according to technical specifications and engineering drawings. · Prepare welding equipment, including torches, fixtures, clamps, and workpieces, to ensure optimal welding results. · Inspect and measure welded components to ensure compliance with tolerances and quality standards set by the OEM. · Interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions. · Operate tools such as grinders and saws to prepare or finish welds. · Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welds and finished products. · Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and report any malfunctions to the appropriate department. **Experience and Skills:** · Completed high school or equivalent; vocational/technical training in welding is an asset. · Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manual welder in a manufacturing or OEM environment. · Certifications (e.g., AWS, CWB) are valued but not mandatory. · Solid knowledge of various welding processes (MIG, TIG, stick). · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols. · Basic math and measurement skills.
