Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in plastic injection, problem analysis, machine operation, robot programming, and product validation, as well as leadership and teamwork skills. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in plastic part injection and molding 2. Knowledge of robot and injection machine programming 3. Leadership, proactivity, and teamwork skills Minimum 2 years of experience in the plastic injection process. • Injection and Molding Process for Parts • Problem Analysis • Injection Materials (Types of Resin) • Machine Systems, Adjustment Parameters, and Injection Operation • Robot Programming • Injection Machine Start-up, Programming, and Adjustments • Part Filling Analysis • Mold Safety Adjustment • End-of-Arm Tooling Programming • Knowledge of acceptance and rejection criteria for injection-molded parts (appearance parts) • Proficiency in 3D software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) • Familiarity with and participation in FMEA VDA/AIAG tools • New Product Validation and Start-up • Knowledge of acceptance and rejection criteria for injection-molded parts (appearance parts) • Mold Operation • Types of Molds and Their Operation • Decision Making • Teamwork • Leadership • Proactivity • Office Software Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $21,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
