Functions * 1\. Identify yourself to patients by name and position. * 2\. Perform physical and targeted examinations on patients. * 3\. Conduct patient interviews to assess their condition. * 4\. Respond to all hospital-wide Code Blue alerts. * 5\. Adhere to on-call duty responsibilities. * 6\. Conduct daily patient rounds at the start of each shift. * 7\. Complete electronic and physical clinical records as applicable. * 8\. Safeguard medical notes in folders by shift. * 9\. Organize clinical record notes. * 10\. Monitor patient progress.
