




**Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities** · Maintenance, organization, and cleaning of the kitchen and its facilities, utensils, and kitchen equipment · Preparation and production of food and beverages · Plating and presentation of dishes · Preliminary food preparation and culinary preservation techniques · Review and execution of food inventory · Planning, control, and management of equipment and food supplies required for kitchen operations (shopping list) · Customer service and support **Required Competencies** · Teamwork ability. The kitchen assistant must constantly coordinate and communicate with other team members. · Organizational skills. To ensure everything runs as planned, the assistant must apply strong organizational abilities. · Willingness to learn and initiative.
