Paseo Constituyentes 1434, El Pueblito, Qro **Job Purpose** Execute the preparation and plating of dishes according to established recipes, maintaining quality, flavor, and presentation standards defined by the Manager and Executive Team. Support daily kitchen operations and contribute to meeting service timing requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare ingredients and execute dishes aligned with our preparation processes. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation. * Assist in producing doughs, garnishes, or specific items as required. * Verify that ingredients are in good condition before use. * Collaborate on dish plating and expediting during service. * Participate in general kitchen cleaning at the end of each shift. * Follow established hygiene, organization, and safety guidelines. **Knowledge and Skills** * National or international culinary techniques * Inventory control management * Knowledge of hygiene regulations (NOM-251) * Culinary creativity and food presentation * Customer service orientation and focus on customer experience **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in gastronomy or related field * Experience: Minimum 2 years in operational kitchen roles * Availability to work evenings and weekends * Preferred: Experience in themed restaurants or establishments focused on customer experience **Compensation & Benefits** * Weekly tip percentage * Statutory benefits * Professional development program Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site
