**SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE – LEON** **A company in the food industry** is seeking to add a **Senior Sales Executive** with a commercial focus, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills to drive growth across various channels within the food industry. **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct visits to current and potential clients (retailers, wholesalers, restaurants, recreational centers, among others). * Promote the product portfolio by highlighting its attributes and competitive advantages. * Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and promotions according to commercial policies. * Achieve monthly sales targets and portfolio coverage goals. * Capture orders and follow up on deliveries and after\-sales service. * Keep the customer database updated and generate visit reports. * Participate in trade shows, training sessions, and brand promotional events. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Sales, Gastronomy, Marketing, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales within the food or foodservice sector, with strong knowledge of sales processes. **Knowledge:** * Sales, negotiation, and sales coverage. * Food industry and HORECA / Foodservice channel trends. * Proficiency in CRM, Excel (80%), ERP, Microsip, or similar systems. **Competencies:** * Customer orientation * Persuasive communication * Results orientation * Negotiation * Resilience * Planning * Skills: Strong verbal ability, customer service, organization. **Job Conditions** * Job type: Permanent – Home Office * Reporting to: Sales Supervisor * Travel availability: Occasional **JOB OFFER** * Gross monthly salary: $25,000 * Commission structure: 1% on collected net sales * Benefits: As per labor law * Work schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 \| Saturdays 9:00 to 14:00 * Work location: Home Office for Querétaro * Gasoline allowance: $3,500 per month **Note: Must have access to a personal vehicle.** Job type: Full\-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Workplace: On\-site position
