




What will you do? Ensure achievement of sales goals and KPIs. Advise our customers in selecting lenses and frames. Deliver a personalized, high-quality experience. Manage social media and WhatsApp for customer service and follow-up. Contribute to the growth of a purpose-driven brand. Use Excel to generate reports. Billing. Strategic placement of lenses and frames in display cases. Maintain order and cleanliness in the sales area and warehouse. Frame inventory control. What do we offer? Full-time sales position at our optical store. Work location: Zibatá area (Querétaro). Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. Mon–Fri 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, Sat–Sun 10:30 am to 6:30 pm. Base salary. Ongoing training. Pleasant, professional work environment. What are we looking for? Experience in customer service and/or sales (not mandatory). Good appearance and positive attitude. Interest in fashion, design, and interacting with people. Punctuality, commitment, organization, cleanliness, and responsibility. Position type: Full-time. Salary: $12,000.00 per month.
