Financial support for language courses We Are Looking For: **Network Technician.** Contract: Indefinite-term Salary: Competitive Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Job Mission:** Install, configure, maintain, and support network infrastructure and telecommunications systems, ensuring connectivity, availability, and proper operation of the organization’s communication services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Install and configure LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks. * Configure and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points). * Provide technical support to users regarding connectivity and telecommunications issues. * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot failures or incidents. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network infrastructure. * Implement structured cabling (UTP, fiber optic) and connectivity testing. * Configure telecommunications services such as IP telephony, data links, and videoconferencing. * Document configurations, incidents, and technical procedures. * Comply with cybersecurity policies and network best practices. * Coordinate with telecommunications service providers when necessary. * Clean and organize the work environment. * Load and unload materials. * Assemble infrastructure. * Structured cabling. * Cable activation and certification. * Cable preparation for fusion splicing. * Cable fusion splicing. * Network connection. * Equipment installation. * Provide customer assistance. * Adhere to internal standards. **Requirements:** * Education: Higher education degree in Systems, Telecommunications, Networks, or related field **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in networks and telecommunications. * Knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addressing, VLANs, VPNs, and network protocols. * Basic/intermediate hands-on experience with Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or similar equipment. * Knowledge of structured cabling and standards (TIA/EIA). * Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or similar are desirable. * Must attend the company located in San Miguel de Allende once per week. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Indefinite-term contract * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Financial support for language courses (English or Portuguese) * Innovative, collaborative, and technically advanced work environment * Development opportunities in a highly in-demand sector.
