We are a leading company in design and manufacturing, constantly growing and looking for highly competitive talent to form autonomous teams. ***Infrastructure Leader\-MAINTENANCE*** **Objective:** maintenance and repair of machinery, facilities, equipment, and systems of the company in order to achieve optimal results in production, administrative, and safety services. **Requirements:** * Education: Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related field to the area in which the position will be performed. (Degree holder) * 2 to 3 years of experience **in metal-mechanical industry (MANDATORY)**, electromechanical, preventive and corrective maintenance in industrial machinery within the metal-mechanical industry and SGC. * **Technical knowledge:** Machining processes and electromechanical metal-mechanical systems **Responsibilities:** * Application of preventive maintenance routines and technical documentation in work order system (CNC AND CONVENTIONAL MACHINES). * Support in installation, startup, and validation of new production equipment. * Plan maintenance of machinery and facilities. * Strict compliance with industrial safety standards, lockout, and 5S. * Comply with established safety regulations in the company. * Respond to service requests and complaints regarding maintenance and repairs to solve problems. * Meet department performance indicators. * Maintain perfect order and cleanliness corresponding to each of their activities. * Vehicle fleet control * Assist in IT-related tasks. **Work Competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Leadership and results orientation. * Teamwork. * Service attitude. * Compliance with rules. * Professional confidentiality and ethics. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. \| Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits * Training.
