Be part of the best hotel in Celaya; we are looking for a Restaurant Captain with the following responsibilities: Job Description: Communicate service needs to chefs and servers during functions. Total charges for group functions and preparation and presentation of checks to group contacts for payment. Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks are ready for service. Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glassware, and silverware before use. Check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction. Set up tables according to event type and service standards. Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day. * Follow all safety and company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; and complete all required safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Communicate with others using clear and professional language and answer telephones using proper etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team members to achieve common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to concerns from other employees. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. M Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
