**Honeycomb Quality Inspector** We are seeking a **Quality Inspector** for our facilities in **Querétaro**. In this role, you will contribute to quality control of manufactured parts during the production process. In addition to complying with prescribed work methods and quality standards, adhering to occupational safety regulations, you will ensure that production is carried out according to quality standards to support achieving business unit objectives and customer satisfaction. **We Offer:** * Life insurance. * Savings fund 5%. * Food vouchers 10%. * Enhanced vacation starting from the second year. * Christmas bonus of 30 days. **Your Responsibilities:** * Raw material receipt inspection. * Random product inspections. * Final inspection of products and components according to inspection instructions, control plans, and applicable standards. * Computerized recording of quality data and production-related indicators (e.g., scrap, repaired parts, etc.). * Continuous monitoring of product station by station (to detect and eliminate production irregularities). * Technical documentation of quality control processes. If instructed by extraordinary instructions (written or verbal) from the shift supervisor, the quality inspector's duties include:* Actively participate in the first article inspection process (FAIR/FPQ). * Perform temporary operator tasks (in this case, the quality inspector can no longer perform further testing on the related product or component, such as final inspection, CPM, production process monitoring, first piece evaluation, etc.). * Support during internal audits (process, product, and workplace audits). * Evaluation and recording of rating data. * Actively participate in the development or implementation of any measurement method to ensure reliable and effective measurements. * Actively participate in reducing rejections generated during the method or process. * Monitor the "effectiveness" of measurements performed by operators. * Actively participate in implementing and reinforcing a first-time quality culture. * Actively participate in problem resolution. **Your Profile:** * Preferably High School / Technical degree. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality, preferably in the Aerospace Industry. * Basic training in the aerospace industry and experience in quality control roles will be valued. * Experience with quality management tools. * Language: Intermediate English. * Ability to interpret specifications, technical drawings, and work instructions. Proficiency in various measurement methods.* Skilled in using measuring instruments (Vernier, Height Gauge, Micrometers, Go No Go Gauges, Measuring Tape, Magnifiers, etc.).
