




Job Description and Responsibilities **GENERAL DESCRIPTION.** Plans and coordinates various employee services such as cafeteria, transportation, uniform distribution, and orientation, etc. Organizes sports and social events held by the company to promote employee integration. Negotiates with suppliers to achieve better pricing and service quality. Reports to the Human Resources Manager and Plant Manager. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **1.** Supports the recruitment process for both direct and indirect personnel. **2.** Responsible for tracking turnover and absenteeism metrics. **3.** Manages the company’s work environment by conducting employee surveys. **4.** Addresses and guides production-floor personnel regarding grievances, administrative sanctions, and any omissions resulting from non-compliance with disciplinary measures, in accordance with established internal regulations. **5.** Schedules training courses for new hires, supervisors, executives, and other company employees. **6.** Manages the employee events program. **7.** Collaborates with Management to determine staffing levels based on operational and administrative requirements. **8.** Daily presence on the production floor and Gemba walks. **9.** Monitoring and maintenance of audits. **10.** Manages various employee services: transportation, major medical expense insurance, cafeteria service, cleaning. **11.** Responsible for the Ethics Code System (EICC). Experience and Requirements **JOB PROFILE** **1.** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications. **2.** Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources. **3.** Experience in recruitment. **4.** Knowledge of labor legislation. **5.** Knowledge of turnover and absenteeism metrics. **6.** Experience in motivation programs. **7.** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **8.** Proficiency in the Tress system. **9.** Teamwork skills. **10.** English proficiency: 90%. **11.** Availability to work a 3x4 shift schedule from 5 pm to 5 am, Monday through Thursday.
