Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role: Retail or telecommunications Branch or Assistant Branch Manager (mandatory). * Partially completed or completed bachelor’s degree (preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Passion for sales. * Teamwork orientation. * Ability to work under pressure. * No mobility constraints. * Knowledge of and experience managing sales KPIs.
