




We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented **Accounting Assistant** to join our finance team. Your main role will be to support the recording of daily transactions, bank reconciliations, and compliance with the company’s tax obligations, ensuring financial information is always up to date. **Main Responsibilities** * **Accounting Records:** Entry of revenue, expense, and journal vouchers into the accounting system. * **Bank Reconciliations:** Review and reconciliation of monthly bank statements. * **Accounts Payable/Receivable:** Invoicing follow-up, management of supplier payments, and customer collections. * **Tax Support:** Preparation of information for tax returns (VAT, Income Tax, DIOT) and handling of electronic invoicing (CFDI 4\.0\). * **Filing:** Organization and safekeeping of the company’s physical and digital documentation. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (current student or graduate) or Technical Diploma in Accounting. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in basic accounting functions. * **Software:** Intermediate proficiency in **Excel**, and experience with accounting systems (e.g., COI, CONTPAQi, SAP or similar). * **Knowledge:** Up-to-date knowledge of current tax regulations and Financial Reporting Standards (NIF).
