Grupo Aralo Express, due to expansion, is seeking a Quality Manager. * Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or certified Engineer Skills: \- Proficiency in Office software \- Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement \- Effective oral and written communication \- Knowledge of flowcharts .Experience: * At least 2 years implementing and maintaining a quality management system. 2\. Knowledge: * Basic to intermediate knowledge of CTPAT/OEA * ISO 9001: ISO 39001\. * Analysis tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.) * 5S Methodology * Internal Audits * Procedure development 3\. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain the ISO 9001 / ISO 39001 QMS, PDCA cycle, indicator management, non-conformities and action plans * Identify improvements in any of the processes at Bajío and San Luis Potosí terminals * Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformities * Develop and update procedures according to terminal operational needs * Update and monitor quality procedures * Implement and coordinate the 5S process * Support training sessions related to quality topics Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 16:00 hours, Saturdays from 07:00 \- 12:00 hours.
