Position Summary: We are seeking administrative staff with skills in document management and computer tools for tasks including classification, archiving, report preparation, and communication support. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, classifying, and archiving physical and digital documents, as well as preparing reports, official letters, memoranda, and other administrative documents. Additionally, the candidate will handle telephone inquiries and manage email communications, support scheduling of agendas, meetings, and internal activities, and maintain and update databases. The candidate will also perform other administrative tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor. The position requires completion of high school or technical training in administration (preferred), a minimum of one year’s experience in similar roles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excellent writing and spelling skills, ability to organize and prioritize tasks, proactive attitude, and service orientation are highly valued.
