Key role in inventory control and quality compliance. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, and shipping). * Control and maintain up-to-date physical and system inventory. * Ensure compliance with storage, safety, and quality procedures. * Coordinate and supervise warehouse operational staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Verify correct receipt of goods against purchase orders and documentation. * Supervise order picking and shipping, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. * Identify and report incidents, losses, or inventory discrepancies. * Implement process improvements to optimize time, space, and resources. * Prepare operational and inventory reports for management. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Administration, or related field). * Minimum 5 years’ experience as warehouse coordinator, supervisor, or warehouse manager. * Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO, and goods receipt and dispatch. * Experience with ERP systems or inventory software. * Ability to coordinate work teams. * Basic knowledge of safety standards and warehouse handling practices. * Proficiency in Excel or other administrative tools.
