Participation in high-level technical projects and professional growth. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Laravel Full Stack Programmer**, responsible for the development, maintenance, and evolution of our SaaS platform. This role covers both **backend** and **frontend**, involving full implementation of new features, process optimization, and continuous product improvement. The ideal candidate is proficient in Laravel, Vue.js/React or Blade, databases, and modern software engineering best practices. **Backend Responsibilities (Laravel)** * Develop and maintain APIs, services, and internal modules using Laravel. * Implement business logic, middlewares, policies, roles, and authentication. * Optimize SQL queries, models, and database architecture. * Integrate external services, SDKs, queues, and asynchronous processes (jobs). * Ensure platform security, stability, and scalability. **Frontend Responsibilities** * Develop responsive interfaces using Blade, Vue.js, or React (depending on the project). * Create reusable components, dynamic forms, and views connected to APIs. * Consume REST APIs and manage state, validations, and complete UI workflows. * Ensure clean, functional, and efficient design for end users. **General Responsibilities** * Collaborate with internal teams to define and improve features. * Maintain best practices in security, version control, documentation, and code quality. * Participate in code reviews and propose technical improvements. **Requirements** * Proven **Full Stack experience** with Laravel (9/10/11\) and PHP 8\+ (minimum 2 years). * Proficiency in **MySQL**, Eloquent, and database design. * Solid knowledge of **JavaScript**, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks such as **Vue.js or React**. * Experience consuming and implementing **REST APIs**. * Proficiency with **Git** and collaborative workflows (branches, PRs). * Basic understanding of web security (OWASP, sanitization, access control). **Desirable (not mandatory)** * Experience with **Redis**, **Docker**, **CI/CD**, or **Linux**. * Knowledge of **WebSockets**, microservices, or hexagonal/modular architecture. * Familiarity with **TailwindCSS**, Livewire, or Inertia.js. * Unit testing (PHPUnit / Pest). * Experience deploying on AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar platforms. **Soft Skills** * Clear and professional communication. * Problem-solving and analytical thinking. * Self-management and accountability. * Teamwork and results orientation. **Offered** * **Compensation:** $18,000 MXN net per month. * Participation in high-level technical projects. * Potential consideration for permanent collaboration. * Professional growth within a robust and up-to-date engineering environment.
