**Area:** Operations / Sales **Location:** Querétaro **Reports to:** Operations Management **Position Objective** Promote, advise, and sell pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial automation solutions represented by AIRTOMATION, providing personalized technical-commercial customer service to current and potential clients, with the goal of increasing market share and achieving established sales targets. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect and develop new clients in the industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and automation (integrators) sectors. * Provide technical advice on products and solutions from brands **AIRTAC, STROKMATIC, ENERPAC, DELTA, and HTM**, among others. * Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and close sales. * Maintain constant contact with customers via phone, WhatsApp, social media, etc., to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities. * Participate in trade shows, technical visits, and product presentations. * Report progress, opportunities, and results to Operations Management. * Collaborate with the procurement and logistics departments to ensure proper delivery times. **Requirements** * **Education:** Associate's degree or Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or related field (preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in industrial or technical sales. * **Knowledge:** * Pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial automation equipment and components. * Use of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, tape measure). * Reading of blueprints and interpretation of technical specifications. * CRM systems and quotation management. * **Skills:** * Negotiation and sales closing. * Effective communication and results orientation. * Proactivity and customer service attitude.
