Main Responsibilities Maintain order and cleanliness in areas, equipment, and facilities. **Support the production line in roles such as:** Baling Stacking Palletizing Cleaning Administrative tasks related to production (records and controls). Perform operational activities according to process requirements. Cover shifts due to vacations, meals, or staff absences (as applicable). Follow procedures, policies, and operational strategies. Ensure proper execution of the production schedule. Participate in required training sessions. **Comply with guidelines for:** Food quality and safety (GMP) Food safety and management programs ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Halt operations or products upon identifying food safety risks. Collaborate in corporate initiatives such as ReCon, Autonomous Maintenance, Motor \+, GEHSMS, Six Sigma, among others.
