Position Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Manager for the metal structures sector, with experience in construction and erection of structural steel, supplier negotiation, and supply coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Technical leadership with hands-on field experience. 2. Experience in purchasing structural steel and specialized services. 3. Strategic negotiation with domestic suppliers and cost control. **PURCHASING MANAGER – METAL STRUCTURES SECTOR, relocation required to the state of Yucatán; housing support is not provided.** Southeastern Mexico **One structure, one team** – we specialize in the design, fabrication, and erection of metal structures for: * Shopping centers * Industrial warehouses * High-rise buildings * Industrial and government projects We seek a **Purchasing Manager with verifiable experience in the metal structures construction and erection industry**. We do not seek general procurement professionals. We require technical leadership with hands-on field experience. **What we need:** * Experience purchasing structural steel, plates, profiles, structural fasteners, welding consumables, galvanizing, industrial paint, and specialized services. * Direct experience in projects for **shopping centers, industrial warehouses, and high-rise buildings**. * Concurrent management of multiple construction sites. * Strategic negotiation with domestic suppliers. * Supply planning aligned with fabrication and erection schedules. * Cost control, delivery time management, and specialized logistics. **Desired experience:** * Projects exceeding 500 tons. * Coordination of procurement for more than two active projects simultaneously. * Experience with companies in the metal construction sector (not retail, not mass consumer goods).
