**THE WORK LOCATION IS IN CORREGIDORA, QUERÉTARO** Supervise and coordinate Conveyance area operations, ensuring efficient material flow from warehouse to production lines through the use of ERP systems (preferably PLEX) and Lean methodologies such as Kanban. * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration or related field. * Experience: 5 to 7 years. * **Management of unionized personnel** * Availability to work 2 shifts. * Knowledge in logistics, process development, and systems such as TPS (Toyota Production System). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems. * ERP PLEX experience (desirable). * **Kanban and Just-In-Time implementation.** * Previous experience as a logistics supervisor, managing between 5 Team Leaders and 40 unionized employees. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing applied to logistics, inventory control methodologies, and optimization. * **Intermediate-Advanced English** * Experience operating mobile equipment (forklifts, Tugger) and inventory control.
