Position Objective
Ensure the efficient and timely administration of KLB personnel through comprehensive coordination of recruitment, selection of operational staff, and hiring of all personnel according to authorized positions and profiles, guaranteeing compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Timely fulfillment of operational staff vacancies.
* Supervise timely attendance tracking and review for personnel at KLB.
* Supervise and maintain current personnel with updated employment contracts.
* Supervise assigned Human Resources personnel across various work sites to ensure proper personnel administration.
* Promptly address personnel complaints to minimize risks of labor litigation.
* Maintain and update statistics on working hours, absenteeism, and other metrics for decision-making purposes.
* Manage the conclusion of healthy employment relationships (process closure and final settlements).
* Use, safeguard, and maintain confidentiality of provided information.
* Maintain and comply with Human Resources and Quality Management guidelines and procedures.
* Support internal and external audits (Labor and Quality Management System).
* Report to immediate supervisor regarding performance of duties.
* Monitor documentation related to active labor claims.
* Monitor HR process digitization.
* Monitor implementation of authorized templates.
* Support handling of administrative minutes and reorientation documents.
Requirements:
* **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.**
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions.
* Knowledge of labor legislation, hiring practices, and payroll administration.
* Familiarity with Quality Management Systems.
* Familiarity with Safety, Health, and Environment Management Systems.
* Proficiency in payroll systems (FORTIA).
* Proficiency in Office software suite (Intermediate Excel).
* Leadership, effective communication, and decision-making skills.
* Negotiation, assertive communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Supervises 10 people
Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30 am–6:00 pm, Sat 8:00 am–12:00 pm, one-hour lunch break.

Initial probationary period of 3–6 months, followed by an indefinite-term contract.
Salary: $18,000.00–$20,000.00 per month
