**CUSTOMS AGENCY** is seeking a **CLEANING ASSISTANT** **OBJECTIVE:** To carry out cleaning tasks in facilities, equipment, and furniture using appropriate tools and supplies to maintain the institution's spaces in optimal conditions and ensure activities proceed within established timelines. **PROFILE:** * High school diploma completed. * 1 year of work experience in companies. * Knowledge of handling cleaning chemicals. * Honesty and organization. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** *Kitchen and dining area:* * Prepare coffee and verify availability of supplements. * Deliver coffee to management staff upon request. * Check and restock kitchen and cafeteria supplies. * Clean appliances, tables, and commonly used surfaces. *Common Areas:* * Clean floors, hallways, desks, cubicles, and ceilings. * Clean windows, doors, and office furniture. * Empty trash bins. * Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenishing toilet paper, soap, etc. * Complete daily bathroom cleaning checklists. *Administrative support:* * Open the main gate during scheduled hours or earlier if requested. * Assist in granting access to staff and visitors at the main entrance when the receptionist is absent. * Create and keep updated logs of supplies needing replenishment. * Report damages or malfunctions in facilities for scheduling and resolution. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits (Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing). * Uniforms. * Monthly salary $9,000\. * Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am \- 1:00 pm. * Position type: Full-time, On-site.
