Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Perform physical Material Management Activities (Offloading, Receiving, Counting, Picking, Packing, Issuing) * Update the MRCL (Material receiving checklist) and the GRN (Goods Receiving Note) * Update Transactions in the Material Management System called Smart Materials * Adhere to policy and procedure for all practices so that business is handled efficiently * Participate in all Safety Programs and observation after attending the necessary training and all other safety presentation as nominated * Understand and consistently use Material Management procedures as established in company policies **Essential Qualifications and Education:** * High School Diploma (HSD) or High School Equivalency Diploma (GED) or General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) * 0\-2 years of relevant experience * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Effective verbal and written communication \#LI\-RM1
