Position: Tax Coordinator Main responsibilities: **PREFERRED: Prior experience in tax departments and/or tax consulting firms (100% tax-focused role)** * Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Law * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax obligations * Design and implement fiscal strategies to optimize tax burden within the legal framework * Analyze tax implications of new projects, investments, or corporate restructurings * Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization * Manage and coordinate tax reviews and audits conducted by the Tax Administration Service (SAT) or state authorities * Manage SAT online portal and carry out procedures before SAT * Establish accounting policies and procedures aligned with national and international standards (NIF, IFRS) * Supervise the accurate determination, calculation, and filing of taxes * Handle tax audits and reviews by tax authorities (planning and strategy) * Design tax and accounting strategies that strengthen the company’s financial structure * Coordinate the accounting and tax team by assigning responsibilities and supervising goal achievement Requirements: * Minimum education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance (degree certificate and professional license required; provisional certificates not accepted) * Master’s degree preferred * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite We offer: * Base salary * Attendance bonus * Punctuality bonus * 5% Savings Fund * Grocery vouchers * Uniforms * Parking Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000.00 – $21,000.00 per month Experience: * Tax area: 3 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
