Responsibilities As a **Supervisor HSE**, your main responsibilities will include: * Coordinate and supervise daily crew activities in the natural gas plant rehabilitation area. * Ensure operations are conducted according to established safety standards and industry best practices. * Monitor team performance and productivity, providing constant feedback to improve results. * Facilitate training and development of team members, ensuring they have the necessary competencies to perform their tasks. * Collaborate with other supervisors and technical staff to ensure effective communication and aligned work. * Prepare periodic reports on rehabilitation progress and crew performance. Requirements * No prior experience required; however, technical training in areas related to the natural gas or construction industry will be valued. * Ability to lead work teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. * Basic knowledge of industrial safety practices and regulations in natural gas plants. * Capacity to analyze problems and propose effective solutions. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with the team and other departments. * Desire to learn and grow professionally within the industry.
