Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) regulations, thereby reducing occupational risks and accidents. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with SSPA regulations. 2. Implement procedures and provide safety advisory support. 3. Conduct inspections and participate in drills. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure compliance with applicable Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) regulations, rules, and procedures within the company to reduce risk and occupational accident rates. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Guarantee implementation of CSSPA policies in the field. * Implement and communicate SSPA procedures. * Provide safety advisory support during planning and execution. * Identify and report hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. * Support training, AST (Audits, Studies, and Tests), and safety talks. * Conduct inspections and participate in incident investigations and drills. * Prepare reports and monitor performance indicators. * Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations. **REQUIRED EDUCATION LEVEL:** * Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Chemistry, or related field; or QSSPA diploma. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Courses/diplomas in Safety, Health, and Environment. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001\. * Proficiency in NOM\-STPS regarding CSSPA. * Risk management and hazard identification. * Knowledge of occupational health and environmental management. * First aid (OSHA preferred). **LANGUAGES:** * **Basic English (TOEFL IBT reference preferred).** **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 4 years’ experience preferred in oil & gas / petrochemical projects.
