Opportunity to coordinate continuous improvement management and new process implementation. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Quality and Process Assurance Coordinator** responsible for maintaining and ensuring the effectiveness of the **Quality Management System (QMS)** under the **ISO 9001:2015** standard (previously ISO 9001:2008), as well as coordinating internal audits and continuous improvement activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in companies within the **construction, ready-mix concrete, or building materials** sectors, solid knowledge of **internal audits**, **process management**, and a consistent orientation toward continuous improvement and operational efficiency. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar positions. * **Desirable:** Experience in the **construction** industry. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate activities required to maintain ISO 9001 QMS certification. * Update QMS procedures, manuals, and records as required. * Plan and coordinate **internal audits**, and follow up on corrective action plans. * Supervise proper implementation and compliance with quality processes and standards. * Follow up on requests from STP’s. * Monitor the company’s **technical and operational indicators**. * Coordinate **continuous improvement management** and development of new quality processes. * Ensure compliance in the supply and transportation of materials for **ready-mix concrete production (aggregates)**. * Manage training courses and **training programs** related to quality and safety. **Knowledge Requirements** * Execution and development of **internal audits**. * **ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems**. * Process mapping, documentation, and improvement (QMS). * **Industrial and environmental safety**. * Quality methodologies (5S, PDCA, Kaizen, etc.). * Indicator analysis and performance management.
