DESCRIPTION We are seeking a committed, responsible, and operationally skilled **Multiservice Leader** who will coordinate and actively participate in general maintenance, deep cleaning, and unclogging tasks, ensuring the proper execution of field services. This position is critical to ensuring operational efficiency across projects, customer satisfaction, and compliance with the company’s safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise operational staff in cleaning, maintenance, and unclogging activities. * Actively participate in operational work as required. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Guarantee the proper use of assigned equipment, tools, and vehicles. * Report incidents, progress updates, and requirements to the Operations Department. * Support logistics and transportation of materials or tools using cargo units. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory:** * Minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience in general maintenance, industrial cleaning, or unclogging. * Knowledge of maintenance tools and cleaning equipment. * Valid Class C (or equivalent) driver’s license. * Experience operating tractor-trailer trucks (e.g., “torton”-type units). * Willingness and ability to perform physical labor and travel between various service sites. * Leadership skills and ability to coordinate operational teams.
