Uniform company seeks Operations Coordinator for sewing machinery Requirements: * 1 year of experience in a similar position * Collaboration, leadership, productivity, organization, and results orientation. Knowledge: * Management of multidisciplinary teams, strategic planning, decision-making, and personnel management. * Operation of textile production machinery, process management, and techniques for continuous improvement. * Coordinate and supervise production processes—from pattern drafting to product delivery—to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and efficiency, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities: * Plan short-, medium-, and long-term production. * Digitally track cutting orders, embroidery production, and warehouse activities. * Supervise the cutting department and coordinate it with pattern drafting and production. * Verify that cutting orders are accurate and complete. * Supervise proper execution of production and outsourcing processes. * Maintain updated daily logs and schedules.
