Position Summary: NAPS Mexico is seeking a Document Control Specialist to ensure proper management, maintenance, updating, and distribution of physical and electronic documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and controls documentation, ensuring identification and updating. 2. Supports audits and participates in the continuous improvement of the documentation system. 3. Trains staff on document management and validity tracking. **NAPS Mexico is seeking a Document Control Specialist in Juarez \- Juárez, Chihuahua** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ensure proper control, maintenance, updating, and distribution of all documentation, guaranteeing traceability and timely availability of documents—both physically and electronically—in compliance with regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer and control documents (manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms, policies, etc.). * Ensure documentation is properly identified, updated, reviewed, and approved. * Maintain physical and/or digital archives for both current and obsolete documentation per established procedures. * Control document distribution, ensuring personnel only access current versions. * Translate documentation. * Coordinate review and approval of new documents or changes to existing ones. * Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. * Train staff on topics related to document handling, versions, and formats. * Track document validity and review timelines. * Participate in the continuous improvement of the document management system. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **1\-2 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing industry.** * **Bilingual Spanish/English (mandatory)** * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Effective communication * Tracking and control abilities * Teamwork **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods **Skills:** * English *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69cb0c9a7900003c006f0f2a\&source\=indeed*
