Job Location: Altamira, Tamaulipas. Reports to: Budget Manager / Project Manager Required Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (graduated preferred; Master’s degree is a plus!) Experience: Minimum 3 years of cost analysis experience in the construction sector Participation in public tenders (roadways, electrical works) Experience in medium- and high-voltage projects, hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater installations Technical Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Opus and Neodata Reading and interpretation of construction drawings Regulations governing public tenders Catalogs of work items, unit price compilation, and material takeoff Key Responsibilities: Prepare budgets and unit price analyses for public and private tenders Review and quantify construction drawings to generate work volumes Compile economic proposals in accordance with tender specifications Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, and Procurement departments for price validation Analyze and control costs of ongoing projects Additional Requirements: Residence in the conurbation zone of Tampico–Madero–Altamira Availability for site visits Advanced Excel proficiency Position Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
