




### **Main Responsibilities** * **Administrative management:** Document control, invoicing, purchase orders, supplier payments, and preparation of administrative reports. * **Inventory supervision:** Coordination of goods receiving and dispatching, stock review, identification of shortages, and support during physical inventory counts. * **Cash control:** Cash reconciliation, daily cash closing, deposits, and validation of cash transactions. * **Team coordination:** Supervision of operational staff, assignment of tasks, verification of schedules, leave requests, and attendance. * **Supplier relations:** Requesting quotations, managing purchases, and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. * **Process compliance:** Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and internal procedures. * **Management support:** Preparing reports, proposing operational improvements, and participating in decision-making processes.
