This role is critical to guaranteeing the successful execution of multiple concurrent projects, aligning technical and functional teams with customer expectations. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory:** * 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software implementation * Experience implementing Human Resources solutions * Advanced proficiency in **MS Project** * Experience managing end\-to\-end projects * Knowledge of payroll processes (CFDI, calculations, payslips) * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams * Strong negotiation skills with clients * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
