**Activities:** * Coordinate and monitor the performance of the area's staff team. * Ensure the daily delivery of necessary materials for carrying out activities. * Verify compliance with established operating procedures. * Oversee the correct implementation of sample management processes, including corresponding documentation, control and traceability of samples, as well as safe disposal of waste. * Supervise the recording and compliance of logs assigned to technicians (equipment cleaning, material supply, and daily maintenance). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in related fields (Chemistry, Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or similar). * Proven experience working in laboratories. * Knowledge of applicable quality and safety standards (NOM, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 15189, as applicable).
