Since our founding in 1919 as a Customs Agency, we have evolved into an organization with national and international presence, committed to excellence, innovation, and talent development, offering our employees growth opportunities in a professional and dynamic environment. **Job Objective:** Prepare previous notices and transfer procedures for scheduled cargo using established information systems and terminal-defined procedures to ensure compliance with the **Daily Previous Notice Program**, as well as customer requirements. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:15 pm (with a one-hour lunch break). * Saturdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. **Location:** We are located on the fifth floor of the Multimodal Tower in Altamira: https://maps.app.goo.gl/7YEZfb32gHtw51cNA **Job Responsibilities:** * Request previous notice operations from terminals according to received instructions and customer-established timeframes. * Schedule deconsolidation operations and container transfers between terminals to fulfill required services. * Record previous notice and transfer dates in the system to keep information up to date and generate reports. * Inform Traffic Executives of scheduled previous notice and transfer dates for customer follow-up. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma (minimum); technical or bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field (preferred). * Prior experience as a shipper, previous notice coordinator, or similar role. * Proficiency in Outlook, Office, and RECO (preferred). * Attention to detail. We provide employee transportation with stops from the Central Zone of Tampico to La Pedrera.
