




We are seeking a **Unit Price Analyst** with high specialization in civil and metal-mechanical construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for estimating and justifying costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring viable, profitable, and competitive proposals aligned with technical, regulatory, and financial standards. **Responsibilities:** * Timely preparation of budgets and unit prices. * Validation of scopes in coordination with the operations department. * Ensuring profitability margins and commercial competitiveness. * Uploading budgets into the system (VScontrol). * Requesting quotations and conducting technical site visits. * Continuous updating of the price database (materials, labor, indirect costs). * Preparing technical and economic proposals for analysis and validation. **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in OPUS, AutoCAD, and MS Project. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Knowledge of LOPSRM, DACS, and COMPRANET. * Proven experience in civil and metal-mechanical construction projects. **Key Competencies:** * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork. * Proactivity and technical leadership. * Results-oriented mindset and adherence to performance indicators (KPIs). **Education:** Engineering degree (preferably civil, industrial, or related field) **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in metal-mechanical sector projects.
