Your mission will be to support the administrative and operational processes that ensure the well-being of our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV screening, and initial interviews). * Maintain and update personnel files. * Manage payroll incidents (attendance, absences, vacations). * Support organizational climate activities and internal events. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field (intern or graduate). * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel). * Excellent service attitude and discretion in handling confidential information. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) Salary: $10,497.00 - $12,000.26 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
