Location: Tampico, Tamaulipas Positions available: 1 Age: 18 to 40 years old **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service * Make confirmation, follow-up, installation scheduling, and reporting calls * Data entry into the system * Control and management of the installation and reporting calendar * Contract review and verification * Unit monitoring * Report registration and updating **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in customer service or similar roles with direct contract through Telefónica * Basic knowledge of administrative and office tasks * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset * Desired: Basic knowledge of local routes within the coverage area (Tampico, Cd.
