Location: Tampico, Tamaulipas Positions available: 1 Age: 18 to 40 years old **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Customer service Make confirmation, follow-up, scheduling calls for installations and service reports Data entry into the system Control and management of installation and service report calendar Contract review and verification Unit monitoring Reporting registration and updates **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in customer service or similar roles with direct contract handling via telephone Basic knowledge of administrative and office tasks Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and results-oriented Desirable: Basic knowledge of local routes within the coverage area (Tampico, Cd.
