**OPENING: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE** A leading company in the telecommunications industry is seeking an **ADMINISTRATIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT** with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. Location: Altamira, Tamaulipas Openings: Age: 18 to 35 years old **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Address customer inquiries and provide guidance (via phone, social media, or in person) * Prepare residential service contracts for customers * Scan contracts and upload them to the administrative NAS and to each customer's profile on the proxy * Provide information regarding payment methods, dates, and references * Record cash payments from customers who pay at the office, or any payments received at the cash register, into the daily cash drive (INCOME) during customer service shift changes. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Billing requirements 3.3 and 4.0 * Excel (6 months to 1 year of experience) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Numerical and analytical skills * Teamwork * Organization * Responsibility * Strong communication skills * Employment recommendation letters Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $8,592.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Relocation/commute: * Altamira, Tamps.
