Job Summary: Coordination of delivery drivers' routes, supervision of personnel, monitoring of field equipment, and incident resolution to ensure operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and management of delivery routes for goods 2. Leadership and management of delivery personnel 3. Incident resolution and field operations monitoring REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education or incomplete university degree Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating delivery drivers' routes Experience managing personnel (delivery drivers) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Android smartphones Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one weekday day off Valid Class "B" driver's license RESPONSIBILITIES: Resolving incidents related to goods delivery Loading and unloading: coordination and participation Monitoring field equipment, vehicles, and routes Tracking and tracing shipments Providing support for orders with data inconsistencies accompanying products, to maintain operational flow and meet established deadlines Recording payroll-related incidents for operational staff SKILLS: Results-oriented Leadership Negotiation Teamwork Personnel management Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,600.00 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
