




We are looking for a **proactive, responsible individual with an excellent service attitude** to join our team as **Customer Service**. Your main responsibility will be providing personalized attention to our customers and prospects, resolving inquiries, following up on orders, and maintaining constant communication through various digital channels. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service and follow-up via **WhatsApp Web, Facebook, and Instagram Desktop**. * **Contact customers** to clarify questions about their order status. * **Send follow-up messages** to prospects three days after the initial contact. * **Share promotional images** every two weeks on assigned channels. * **Update and maintain the database** of prospects and customers. * **Make follow-up calls** to evaluate service quality. * **Send satisfaction messages** to current customers. * **Post and promote** products/services in designated Facebook groups. * **Collaborate as a team** to improve customer service and experience. **Requirements:** * **High school diploma completed.** * **Basic to intermediate Excel skills.** * **Written and verbal communication skills.** * **Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork.** * Previous experience in customer service or digital sales is desirable. **Working conditions:** * Weekly salary\+ **statutory benefits**. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * **Work mode:** On-site.
