




DESCRIPTION We are seeking an **HR Leader** to drive comprehensive human capital management and strengthen organizational culture. This role will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing HR processes, ensuring timely and high-quality support to employees, leaders, and key business areas. The position aims to design, implement, and monitor talent attraction, development, compensation, and retention strategies, as well as ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. Its impact will directly contribute to reduced turnover, improved workplace climate, employee development, and HR process efficiency. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years leading teams or serving as head of the HR function. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, social security, and current labor regulations. * Experience in payroll administration, payroll incidents, employee onboarding and offboarding, and coordination with external payroll providers or law firms. * Proven experience in recruitment and selection, organizational development, training, and performance management. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR management systems. * Ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, negotiate, and communicate clearly across all organizational levels.
