**General Objective:** Perform accurate diagnostics from the first time, as well as accompany the Service Advisor during the reception of vehicles with complex faults, in order to obtain the maximum possible information about the vehicle's fault through dialogue with the customer. **Education Level:** Automotive Technical Degree. **Knowledge:** Proficiency in standard and specialized workshop tools; computer equipment and computer-based diagnostic tools; usage of all relevant systems (ElsaPro, DISS, ETKA, etc.); workplace safety and hygiene measures; extensive knowledge of automobiles and complex repairs. **Experience:** At least 3 years of experience. Possession of a verifiable specialty or certification. Previous agency experience (desirable). **Expected Behaviors:** Ability to perform a variety of tasks, especially those requiring precision. Systematic orientation, ability to identify and analyze facts and data.
