**General Objective:** Efficiently carry out the dispensing, control of medications and supplies according to regulations to ensure timely patient care and safety. **Job Responsibilities:** * Dispensing and distributing medications and supplies to various departments within the medical area * Processing invoices for medications and medical devices * Inventory control and storage management of medications * Classifying and organizing medications and other health supplies according to established procedures * Checking and recording expiration dates of medications nearing expiry and reporting to the Sanitary Responsible Officer * Returning to suppliers medications in poor condition, with short expiration dates, or with costs differing from the purchase order * Promptly dispensing and attending to requests from nursing services * Knowing the active ingredient and commercial name of medications * Classifying, organizing, and keeping updated the stock of essential medications and supplies according to regulations * Monitoring and recording refrigerator temperature, humidity, and ambient conditions according to established storage standards for proper medication preservation * Shift handover and reception, thoroughly verifying all pending tasks * Keeping shelves, refrigerators, and overall area clean and organized * Preparing daily medication purchase reports * Attending training courses as determined by the hospital * Actively participating in emergency codes, facility safety brigades, and scheduled drills * Performing all duties inherent to the area of responsibility * Carrying out extraordinary purchases of missing medications and supplies in the pharmacy * Meeting the pharmacy's operational needs during the assigned shift * Providing medication supply services to all hospital departments * Ensuring multidisciplinary participation in designing medication-related processes within the Hospital or Medical Care Center **Education Level:** Upper secondary education **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of professional experience **Work Schedule:** **Travel Required:** **We Offer:** **Hospital:** **MAC Tampico** CONTACT **Email:** cesar.najera@hospitalesmac.com **Phone:**
